Many in the home remodeling business are touting the benefits of going “Green”.  This is really nothing new.  At Renovative Design, we have always thought that it was simply good old common sense to save money by utilizing and reusing existing building materials when making home improvements.  This sounds easy enough, but in reality it can take more planning, time and effort to reuse, recycle and revive than it does to tear everything out and start anew.

With over 30 years of experience, our goal is to limit the mess created by unnecessary demolition and revive and renovate a space so that it is improved and updated in design, style and livability.  In addition, we take pride in innovatively  reusing and reincorporating as much of the materials already on hand as possible.
